About us

Tree of Life Church is built around the idea of practicing the way of Jesus, together, in our city. We consider following Jesus to mean organizing your life around three objectives: Be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. Our dream is that as we live this way, our lives, our communities, and our city, will be transformed.

We believe the Church isn't just another part of culture - it's the beginning of a new kind of humanity shaped by the love of Jesus. It's not about buildings or Sunday routines — it's about people, a faith-filled community living with purpose every day in the heart of Fort Worth.

We are a spiritual family, following Jesus together, serving our neighborhoods, loving our families, and showing compassion in everything we do. Each weekend, we come together not out of obligation, but as a celebration of who Jesus is and what He's doing among us.

We long to be part of what God is doing - restoring lives, healing families, and bringing hope to our city. And we pray, just as Jesus did: "Let Your kingdom come, and Your will be done in Fort Worth, as it is in Heaven."

The practices are designed to help get you started on the journey of spiritual formation, help you get unstuck if you’ve stalled out, or just guide you into taking your next step. Ultimately, its goal is to train you to live as an apprentice of Jesus: to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did.
